Position Overview:: This is a contracted, commission-only remote role for a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for generating leads, initiating loan applications for in-house processing, assisting clients through the mortgage lending process, and ensuring that all financial documentation is accurately prepared and submitted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop your own book of business
- Conduct client consultations and educational meetings
- Evaluate loan applications and guide clients through options
- Initiate applications for in-house processing team
- Build and maintain referral partner relationships
- Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth loan origination
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Required: Current NMLS license in California and/or Texas
- Experience in Reverse Mortgage Loan Origination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of QuantumReverse software a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with proven ability to generate business
- Bilingual applicants welcome
